Using a soft lint free cloth to clean your jewellery is essential and will preserve their shine.
Do not use tissue paper or paper towels to clean as they can cause scratching.

It is recommended that all jewellery pieces should be stored individually, preferably in the provided Exclusive Creations pouch or box in order to avoid scratching and tangling.

Avoid extreme humidity and remove jewellery while in water and avoid spraying perfume or applying creams where your jewellery will have contact.

Yes we do have a shop in Sliema, Malta, however its by appointment. Same day appointments also available.

Yes this is possible, please write this in the comments box upon check out.
We will then get back to you to organise a day and time for pick up.

Can I order an item which is out of stock?
In most cases if the raw materials are available this is possible however since our work is entirely handmade please allow a maximum of 2 months for delivery. For urgent requests please get in touch with us to see if we can accommodate you in a shorter period of time.

What is Nickel safe ?
“Nickel safe” is a definition we apply to our products because they are tested to the stringent European nickel directive standards. The above safeguards should minimise any chance of you becoming allergic to our jewellery.

What is gold fill?
Gold-filled jewellery has a solid layer of 14k gold bonded to the outside of a base metal.
With gentle wear and occasional gentle cleaning, gold fill jewellery will maintain its gold surface for many years.
Keep your gold fill jewellery looking its best by taking it off when showering or swimming.

Can I wear minimum pieces of jewellery in the shower or whilst swimming?
It is advisable to remove all Jewellery when swimming or having a shower in order to maintain its beauty and shine.

What is the guarantee on your Jewellery?
Everything we produce carries with it our personal guarantee. We stand behind everything we create and like you we are not happy with anything less than perfect. Therefore in the unfortunate event that any issues will arise please do speak to us and we will try our utmost to solve the matter.

Does your jewellery come in any particular packaging ?
All earrings and bracelets come in branded high quality velvet pouches and necklaces in branded boxes.
